Please note: Acoma has a new policy for privates starting February 24th, 2026.

Clients must have a prepaid punch card for privates. Please bring the punch card with you to each private lesson. Instructors are prohibited from allowing privates to occur without this punch card.

Please contact the Acoma office to purchase the punch card. In the event you pay for the punch card with a credit card over the phone, and cannot pick up the punch card, it will be placed in your instructor's box. The instructor will give it to you at the time of the lesson.

All cancellations by clients must be communicated to the instructor at least 48 hours prior to the lesson to avoid being charged for the missed private lesson. Exceptions are made if the handler/dog has a sudden medical issue.

In that case, please contact the instructor as soon as possible, and we hope you and your dog get well soon!

Acoma Training Center classes can be reserved with payment in full. Payments may also be mailed or taken over the phone with Discover, Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. Office hours are 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.

There will be no refund given for classes 14 days prior to the starting date of a particular class, nor is this class transferable to another dog, person, or to private lessons.

All handlers must be 15 years of age or older. Children are welcome to come with their parents but must be seated quietly in the audience section.

Any dogs that have shown aggression toward people or other dogs must wear a muzzle. The muzzle must be on the dog prior to getting out of the car in the parking lot. Baskerville Muzzles are Required.

Please note: All dogs must be current on their shots in order to attend classes or drills.
